Since President Muhammadu Buhari travelled to the United Kingdom for what his aids described as a private visit, he has all but disappeared from the radar, and nobody seems to know exactly where he is.For over one week, Buhari has been out of the country without transmitting any letter to the National Assembly for the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to take over as Acting President.
